Our new masterplan
The One Museum Street site is identified within the emerging Holborn Vision and Urban Strategy as a ‘key project’ and also in Camden’s Draft Site Allocations Plan for comprehensive redevelopment with a mix of commercial and residential uses. The Site Allocations Plan highlights the requirement for enhanced public realm, improved connectivity and ground level pedestrian experience through the site.
The current site is fragmented, and its composition has resulted in providing areas for anti-social behaviour to take place. Our proposed masterplan is to replace the vacant Selkirk House with new, flexible office space and homes alongside new and improved public realm and new cafes, shops and restaurants at ground floor level.
